    An approval gate for agent sends on the coming chat channels

    For the WhatsApp and LinkedIn sends still being built: per-workspace autonomy levels, an undo window, decisions only by a signed-in member, and the approved recipient and text frozen. An agent cannot request an email send at all.

    Prospect text wrapped on the chat channel tools

    On the WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools, text a prospect controls reaches an agent wrapped and marked as theirs, with links neutralised, and a send in that conversation waits for a person. The inherited email tools return message bodies as written.
