Roadmap

What is built, and what comes next.

Planned work is listed here in full. Everything marked planned is a plan, not a promise of a date. There is no SalesOS release yet: merged work lives on the development branch until the first release.

  1. Phase 1

    Foundation

    Merged, not yet released
    • Server-side approval gate for agent sends on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, with autonomy levels from blocked to auto within budget and an undo window
    • Approvals decided only by a signed-in member, never by a key, token or MCP tool
    • Approved recipient and text frozen at request time on the channel tools
    • Prospect text wrapped as untrusted content on the WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools (the email tools are not covered yet)
    • One identity per person across email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn; a reply anywhere stops the person everywhere
    • Agent event feed and task queue
  2. Phase 2

    WhatsApp

    In progress
    • WhatsApp through a self-hosted WAHA sidecar, linked as an unofficial device from your own phone
    • For warm conversations only: an agent can never start a chat with someone who has not written in, replied or consented
    • Account health, locks and human pacing per number
    • A teammate taking over a thread holds agents and sequences for that person
    • Chat threads in the unified inbox
  3. Phase 3a

    Agent surface

    Planned
    • A curated MCP profile across several workspaces, a plugin and CLI verbs
    • Dry runs, cost previews and draft-only defaults for agent tools
    • Send ceilings on campaign launches, readiness checks, and approvals that go stale after an edit
    • Known contacts visiting your site as a signal
  4. Phase 3b

    AI teammates

    Planned
    • Roles with a job, a scope, a schedule and send and spend budgets, activated by a person
    • A plays catalog that names every prerequisite and approval gate
    • Enrichment through your own provider keys, cheapest verified result first, with a cost preview
  5. Phase 4

    LinkedIn

    Planned
    • LinkedIn through a self-hosted sidecar on your own workers, with a person signing in and caps
    • Sender personas, so a prospect hears from the same person on every channel
    • LinkedIn steps in campaigns
  6. Phase 5a

    Dashboard

    Planned
    • An approvals screen, channel accounts, and a "waiting on you" view
    • Per-lead launch review and a roles page
  7. Phase 6

    Second brain

    Planned
    • Canonical voice, positioning and playbooks that change only by approved proposal
    • Reply drafts that cite approved company knowledge
    • A website bootstrap that writes drafts for review
  8. Phase 5b

    Chat home and teammates

    Planned
    • Remie in a shared chat home, with each role as a named teammate
    • Handoffs, play cards and a get-started checklist
  9. Phase 7

    End-to-end review

    Planned
    • A scripted agent flow from list to approved send, and a final review of the whole branch
  10. Phase 8

    Signals and the morning list

    Planned
    • A short ranked list per market each delivery day, with a dated reason, a decision-maker and an opener
    • Fit and timing scores where every point traces to a criterion or a sourced signal
    • One company timeline of signals; Start play turns an item into an enrolment a person approves
    • Later: company-level website visits behind consent, public registers and tenders
  11. Phase 9

    Founder-led content

    Planned
    • LinkedIn and X post drafts in your canonical voice, approved per post
  12. Later

    Agencies

    Planned
    • Client roles for agencies running a workspace per client

Not on the roadmap. Things SalesOS will not become.

An AI that sends on its own. A contact database or data reseller. A deliverability or inbox placement guarantee. A WhatsApp blaster or a way around a provider's limits. A LinkedIn scraper or engagement pod. Person-level visitor identification. An enterprise ABM and ad-targeting suite.

Follow along in the open.

Every change lands in the public repository first. The changelog lists what has been merged.
