Free to self-host. You bring the keys.

There are no plans, seats or credits. You run SalesOS on your own servers and pay the companies you choose, directly, for what you connect to it.

Pre-release. SalesOS release images are not published yet; to run SalesOS today, build it from source.

The costs you bring. Paid to other companies, never through us.

We do not quote their prices: they change, and they are theirs to set. Check each provider before you plan.

Your servers

One Linux or macOS machine with Docker runs the whole stack to start. Add machines for workers when you need them.

Always
Your mailboxes and domains

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, or any SMTP and IMAP host, plus the domains you send from.

For email
Your Anthropic key

The in-product assistant and drafts run on your key, billed to you by Anthropic. Your own Claude over MCP runs on your Claude plan.

For AI features
Your data providers

Apollo, Clay or an address verifier on your own account, at that provider’s prices.

Questions. Pricing, answered.

Is it really free?

Yes. The code is open source under Apache 2.0, and running it on your own servers costs nothing from us. There is no licence key, seat count or feature tier.

Is there a hosted version?

No. SalesOS is self-hosted only. There is no account to create with us and nothing to subscribe to.

Do you mark up AI usage?

No. You set your own Anthropic key and pay Anthropic directly. Nothing in between counts credits or adds a margin.

What does it cost to run?

That depends on your servers and the providers you choose, and their prices are theirs to set. Start with one modest machine; the stack idles near 300 MB of memory.

Who supports it?

The community, in the open: the repository discussions and issues. There is no paid support offering today.

What this is not

SalesOS is not a hosted service with a free tier. There is no plan to upgrade to, no seat count and no AI credit meter, and nothing here is a discount or a trial.

Run it for the cost of a server.

Install it on a machine you already have, add your keys, and keep every bill in your own name.
